It is a federal government initiative aimed at reducing the costs associated with dental services, particularly for middle-income families, children, seniors, and other eligible groups.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The program covers a variety of essential oral health services\u2014including preventive, diagnostic, restorative care, and certain procedures\u2014subject to current policies Canadian resident for tax purposes;<\/li>\n<li>Have filed your tax return for the previous year;<\/li>\n<li>Not have access to private dental insurance (through employment, a pension plan, family CDCP may cover some or all of the costs of certain essential dental services.
